Home Loan Repayment Calculator

Otherwise known as a mortgage repayment calculator will let you know the repayments on your loan will be at any given interest rate and term. They also show the relationship between principal and interest over the life of the loan via a graph. You may want to pay more on your mortgage when you see this graph.

Stamp duty Calculator

This will let you know the different amounts payable in the various Australian states and territories. It takes into account any concessions that may also be available for you like the owner occupier discounts or First Home Owner Grant (FHOG)

Budget Planner

This is a tool to work out the relationship between house hold income and expenditure. In my experience I have found that the people who do this exercise once a quarter have a clearer understanding of where they spend their money and are more likely to be in a good financial position.

Extra Repayment Calculator

Lets you work out the effect of paying additional amounts onto you home loan. This shows you the benefits to the overall interest amount paid. This calculator can also be used in comparison with our own saving calculator that shows you the benefit of using Mortgage Advice or a fee for service broker for your next mortgage

Give you an idea of the costs involved with selling a property. Useful when trying to ascertain if you should sell and purchase again or renovate.
